After-sales service and training

1. Party B shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment to meet the requirements of the contract. Party A shall provide water, electricity, lifting equipment and other auxiliary materials to assist Party B in the installation and commissioning.
2. Party B shall provide free technical training for Party A's machine tool operation, maintenance and electrical personnel for no less than 3 days, so as to ensure that Party A's personnel can carry out general processing operations and simple fault handling after training.
3. After the machine is put into use, the quality guarantee period of the whole machine is 1 year. During the warranty period, spare parts and services shall be replaced free of charge, and shall be timely and effective. After receiving the user's fault information, they shall respond within 1 hour, and the maintenance personnel shall arrive at Party A's site within 4 hours, so as not to eliminate the fault and not leave the site.
4. After the expiration of the warranty period, Party B can still provide extensive and preferential technical support and spare parts supply. Party B guarantees that the goods provided by it are brand new, and are manufactured with the latest design and suitable and qualified materials, and comply with the requirements of national standards and relevant industry standards in all aspects.

Technical service and after-sales service

1. Timely provide users with typical parts of the processing technology;
2. In the machine tool manufacturing process, the buyer is welcome to come to the seller to supervise the purchase of products;
3. Provide free training to users in time for operation and maintenance personnel;

Warranty period

The warranty period is 1 year after the final acceptance certificate is signed by both parties. In the event of equipment failure during the warranty period, the seller shall repair and replace parts free of charge. (Except for damage to parts caused by user's misoperation)
